About Puddleby Green
Puddleby Green is a cosy, made-up British village with stone cottages, a red post box, a village green and plenty of puddles. It's home to three friends who sing gentle, original songs for children aged 2 to 5.
What we believe
- One clear goal per song. Counting, a bedtime routine or a single letter sound, done properly.
- Calm is good. Slow pacing, soft sounds and no cliffhangers or scary moments.
- Made in British English. Our words, accents and phonics follow how children in the UK are taught.
- Everyone belongs. Different families, different homes and children of all abilities appear in our villages and songs.
- Grown-ups first. Our website is written for parents and teachers. There's nothing to sign up for, and nothing here collects data from children.
How our songs are made
We are a small independent team. We plan each episode, write the lyrics and design the characters, then use AI tools to create the animation and music. Every song is checked and reviewed by us before it is published. See our honest note about AI for more detail.

Puddleby Green is an original creation. It is not connected with any other children's brand, and the village is not related to Puddleby-on-the-Marsh from the Doctor Dolittle books.
